If only we could learn with our own mistakes in passed conflicts, we could just be able to avoid ongoing events, that will drag us to future crisis. During the Bosnia War (1992/1995) we saw the rehearsal of many of the ongoing stuff in Ukraine.
Did we prevent? NO!
Do we know what is going to happen next? YES!
Will it work? Only if we consider that a FROZEM CRISIS is a good thing to live with.
